The UK company was established in 1988 under the management of Mike Mikolajczyk, the son of the founder and innovator of the Solid Slip-on Casing Centralizer, Ray Mikolajczyk, the current President and C.E.O.
Since 1995 RAY OIL TOOL COMPANY has been managed by Mr Alan L Male, a Director of the company, who is responsible for the UK, Europe as well as the Middle East and African subcontinents. Alan has over 25 years experience in the Oil Industry working for Oil Majors and service companies.

RAY OIL TOOL COMPANY has manufacturing and design facilities in the UK as well as in the United States where our products are distributed to our customers all over the world.
